    The Customer Service Representative I works in an inbound call center environment and responds to member inquiries regarding requests for mail order prescription refills, transferring prescriptions from retail to mail order, and other inquiries about prescription orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee benefits, pharmacy, or prescription drugs; a positive attitude; a friendly disposition; and strong listening skills to answer inbound phone calls from members.

    The Adjudication Technician I will process new and refill prescription orders, resolve prescription discrepancies for fulfillment and billing, assist members with their prescription orders and other benefits, and complete other administrative support tasks, such as reporting for pharmacy operations.     As a ServiceNow Software Engineer II, you will be working to develop, design, and own technical solutions across the organization on the ServiceNow platform, such as building out workflows using good practice programming techniques and SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Serve You Rx is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to provide high touch service and support to its specialty pharmacy patients. This full-time, in-office position offers a predictable 40-hours per week work schedule with a rotation of working limited nights and weekend hours. Qualified candidates will have (1) at least three years’ experience working in a pharmacy completing prescription data entry tasks and having direct patient contact troubleshooting problem orders and (2) one year of related customer service in-bound call center experience dealing with pharmacy, prescription drugs, and employee benefits.

    This role oversees member services operations, including call center and adjudication staff, to ensure achievement of service level guarantees, compliance with HIPAA and other laws, and the overall efficient operation of the department with a focus on a positive member experience. In this position, the Director is responsible for developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and sound business practices through effective leadership.The Director will participate in short-term and long-term strategic planning for the department while working closely with senior executive leadership.

    The Database Administrator III (DBA) will work with the Reporting, Pricing and Analytics, and IT Infrastructure teams to manage Serve You Rx data and information needs; design and implement solutions that improve the quality of service; and provide strategic guidance on the logical and physical design of databases. The Senior DBA will maintain the integrity and performance of the company databases and manage the security of the database. Also, the Senior DBA will provide strategic guidance and implement the corporate data warehouse and the corresponding data feeds.

  • Strategic Account Executive

    The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with Serve You’s business partners, with a focus on those partners (third party administrators and brokers) whose activities impact multiple accounts or groups.   The focus on non-client strategic partners will support account executive staff as they manage the relationships with specific accounts.   In addition to the cross-account business partner relationship management, the SAE will directly manage some client accounts as identified as strategic by Serve You and will be responsible for the profitable retention and overall client satisfaction of these accounts.

    The SAE interacts with management to develop and implement initiatives consistent with Serve You goals and objectives and accepts responsibility for the support and development of account coordinators, account managers, and account executives.
