What is EZAutoFill?
EZAutoFill makes managing your medications easier by automatically filling and mailing your prescriptions so you won’t have to contact us each time you need a refill. There is no cost for the service and you can select which prescriptions you would like included.
How does it work?
When you enroll in EZAutoFill we will automatically fill your prescription before your current supply runs out. If it’s your last refill or the prescription has expired, we will contact your doctor for a new prescription. There is no charge for this service. You only pay your medication copay.
How do I enroll in EZAutoFill?
If you already use Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy, you can enroll in EZAutoFill by calling our toll-free customer service number, 1-800-759-3203.
Are all prescriptions eligible?
Yes, all prescriptions with authorized refills are eligible, but not all are recommended for this service. Medications that are not recommended for EZAutoFill include those where the dose changes frequently or periodically and those used on an “as needed” basis, such as anxiety medications or sleep aids. You may also want to not enroll in EZAutoFill if you want to control when the copay is charged.
Will I be contacted about my automatic refills?
A text message is sent to the cell phone number we have on file notifying you that your prescription is being processed. After your prescription is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification that includes the package tracking number.
How do I pay for my prescriptions?
If you have copays, you are expected to have a credit card on file. Please notify us of your source of payment by calling our customer service number, 1-800-759-3203.
What happens if I need to cancel a prescription that is on auto fill?
Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel a medication set up for auto-fill service. We must be notified prior to shipment if you no longer wish to receive an auto-filled prescription or you will be billed for that prescription. If your medication therapy is discontinued after an order has been shipped, the medication cannot be returned and you will be charged the cost. Please note that physicians’ offices do not call pharmacies when a medication is discontinued.
