Gina M. Smolensky Joins Serve You - Custom Prescription Management
MILWAUKEE, WI – Gina Smolensky has been named Serve You - Custom Prescription Management’s Manager of Member and Provider Service Department.
Smolensky will be responsible for overseeing the service representatives in Serve You’s on-site call center. Smolensky brings with her more than 14 years of successful management and call center operations. Her extensive background in team management and project development will prove to be a great asset to Serve You’s operations.
Prior to joining Serve You, Smolensky was the workforce operations manager for Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, Ill., where she managed project teams of more than 20 customer service representatives and staffed her team to meet client service demands.
