Serve You owns and operates its own mail service pharmacy, DirectRxSM.

DirectRxSM is ideal for members taking maintenance medications as members often receive larger quantities at a lower co-pay amount with free home delivery. DirectRxSM is able to offer savings as a result of attaining volume discounts from manufacturers and is a very cost-effective program for high-cost pharmaceuticals, where close clinical monitoring of members compliance is desired.

Member Compliance
DirectRxSM is completely integrated with our retail claims processing system. Mail service prescriptions go through the same rigorous edits that retail prescriptions go through. Each incoming prescription is reviewed for appropriate therapy against the patient's prescription history. In addition to the online system edits, the pharmacist evaluates the need for any additional communications with the patient or physician.

Pharmacist Consultation
Pharmacists are available for members or providers ordering prescriptions through DirectRxSM. Normal consultation hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Placing Orders
Members receive thorough information on how to order prescriptions at the point of plan implementation. To place an order, members must complete an initial prescription order form complete with all appropriate member information for Serve You to keep on file. After that is complete, members are able to refill prescription using web, email, fax or phone.

Serve you accepts all major credit cards, check or money order for payment at the time of ordering. All prescriptions are shipped by first class U.S. Mail or UPS in confidential, tamper-and weather-resistant packaging. An invoice, re-order form, envelope and detailed drug monographs explaining the medication and possible side effects are included with every order shipped. The prescription order is closely monitored and tracked throughout the filling process. Every prescription goes through no less than three quality checks along the process.

Medications are usually delivered within 10 - 14 days. To ensure timely delivery, we ask that members place their orders two weeks in advance to allow for possible mail delays.

Member Assistance
Our customer service representatives are available to answer any questions about Serve You's DirectRxSM and assist members with everything from enrollment to refilling orders. Members also have access to a pharmacist for general questions and inquiries. If a member were to have questions regarding his or her prescription benefit, they're asked to call the toll free number on the back of their member ID card.

Monday - Friday   7:30 am - 9:00 pm CST
Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST
Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm CST

Transitioning to DirectRx
If you are currently using a different mail order facility, Serve You makes the transition to DirectRxSM a smooth process. Serve You's staff is available to educate members on the transition of prescriptions to DirectRxSM through mailings and/or employee meetings and benefit fairs.
