Serve You owns and operates an in-house mail order service, Serve You DirectRxSM Pharmacy. By maximizing mail order utilization, plan members and sponsors can take advantage of safe, cost-effective prescription fills for generic and brand-name maintenance medications and specialty drugs.

Member Compliance
Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy is completely integrated with our retail claims processing system:
- Mail service prescriptions go through the same rigorous edits that retail prescriptions go through.
- Each incoming prescription is reviewed for appropriate therapy against the patient's prescription history.
- In addition to online system edits, our pharmacists evaluate the need for any additional communications with the member or physician.
Pharmacist Consultation
Pharmacists are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m. CST, for members or providers ordering prescriptions through our mail order service. In addition, our pharmacists can be paged after hours for emergency situations relating to Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy orders.
Placing Orders
First-Time Orders
Members who would like to start filling new or current prescriptions through Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy must:
- Ask their physicians to write a prescription for the maximum days supply allowed by the plan (plus any refills) and have them call it in to 800-759-3203 or fax 866-494-0364
- Complete the Prescription Order Form for Serve You to keep on file (including patient information for a spouse or other covered family member(s) who may submit prescriptions in the future)
- Mail the completed form, the original written prescription (unless it was called in or faxed) and the applicable copay
Refill Orders
Orders typically arrive within 10-14 days, so members are encouraged to place refills at least two weeks in advance through EZRefillRx on the Member Portal, by phone (800-759-3203) or mail.

Serve You customer service representatives can be reached at 800-759-3203 during standard hours to answer questions about mail order, assist with enrollment, place refill orders and more:

Members also have access to an on-call clinical pharmacist for general questions and inquiries.
Transitioning to Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy
If you use another mail order service, we can help make the transition to Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy a smooth process. Our staff is available to educate members on how to transfer prescriptions by attending employee meetings/benefit fairs and/or through targeted mailings.
