Some PBMs require you to participate in specific clinical programs. Not Serve You. With us, you can opt-in or out of clinical programs - it's your choice. This is what we mean by the "hand-crafted" PBM.
The goal with our Clinical Programs is to maximize cost savings while ensuring appropriate drug therapy. This is accomplished by providing members with an incentive to appropriately use generics and/or preferred brand-name drugs whenever possible.
