Monthly Management Reports
The monthly management reports include an Executive Summary Report and Group Utilization Report.
Executive Summary Report
The report includes monthly, quarterly and year-to-date information on:
- Eligible members
- Utilizing members
- Paid claims
- Member paid totals
- Generic utilization
- Plan savings
This report also assists with assessing savings due to generic substitution and usual and customary pricing.
Group Utilization Report
This report provides a utilization summary of each group that is separately identified under your plan. Included for each group is information on:
- Eligible members
- Utilizing members
- Paid claims
- Member paid totals
- Average prescription cost
- Per member/per month cost
This report is used in performing benefit cost analysis by member group, comparing and assessing plan design changes based on group utilization, and comparing utilization and dollar averages by group.

Ad Hoc or Custom Reporting
Serve You account mangers have the ability to create ad hoc reports, at no additional cost, right from their desktops. Their tool contains more than 300 data elements per claim that can be queried to provide both detailed reports for use in business analysis and also summary level reporting.
Reports can be provided in a variety of formats according to client need. Claim data files are provided upon request. The format and frequency of which that data is provided is up to you. Most ad hoc reports can be completed within 48 hours.
Plan Renewal Analysis
Unlike many other PBMs that hope renewal dates come and go without notice or review of the account, Serve You automatically produces a Plan Renewal Analysis (PRA) 90 days prior to the end of each client's benefit year. No prompting necessary.
Known as one of our most powerful reports, this analysis provides you with an annual performance evaluation of the plan compared to industry averages, as well as a comparison to the previous year (if serviced by Serve You). Account managers assist you in reviewing your plan design and will make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
The PRA includes:
- Illustration of the savings generated by the plan design
- Brand vs. generic utilization
- Plan vs. member contributions
- Distribution of retail vs. mail service prescriptions and related costs
- Drug category cost analysis
- Recommendations for plan design changes, using client data that could yield additional future savings.
RxTRACK Connect
Being the hand-crafted PBM, we tailor services to your needs. So if you want to run your own reports, Serve You gives you that opportunity through an online program called RxTRACK Connect. It provides online access to run summary reports on topics such as brand versus generic utilization, top drug utilization, pharmacy utilization and more. Other reports can be created for your access as well simply by working with your assigned account manager.
