Many of the questions members have about their medications and coverage can quickly be answered using our web site and its password-protected, members-only portal. By visiting our web site, members can:

- Research and print prescription history
- Refill medications 24/7 through DirectRxSM
- Compare drug prices/co-payment
- Learn about medications and health conditions
- Research the family's year-to-date prescription drug spending

Most of the above components are accessible through the secured member portal, otherwise known as RxPORTAL™ a product developed by our vendor SXC Health Solutions. This portal portion of the web site can be customized for clients to include their colors and logo to coordinate with overall health initiatives.

On-Site Education
Serve You's clinical pharmacist is available to visit client locations by request to provide disease state education. Serve You can work with clients and analyze the claims data of their members to determine appropriate topics and develop educational handouts on those topics for support.

Targeted Member Mailings
Serve You can conduct targeted member mailings at the request of the group that provides preferred drug or other information. These mailings are often implemented to encourage members to use a preferred product.
