Account Management
All PBMs assign your business an account manager. Unfortunately, many of those managers are only in the position to triage issues and pass along problems to the next person or department.
Serve You's point of difference is that our account managers take ownership in responding to questions and requests and have the authority and support of management to make decisions, expediting responses and issue resolutions.

Member & Provider Services

Serve You's Member & Provider Services Department is different in that it is an integrated call center - meaning our members and providers need only call, one phone number that will direct them to a service representative empowered to handle and resolve their questions. And for members, the one service representative can answer their questions relative to their plan benefits, mail order service and prescription orders.
