Who We Are
Serve You is an independently owned Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) founded in 1987 for the purpose of establishing a better way of delivering comprehensive pharmacy benefit management services. From the very beginning, we’ve understood that every customer expects a unique solution for meeting each unique drug benefit need – and that’s what we deliver.
What We Do
Serve You works with our plan sponsors and their members in a consultative and pro-active manner to maximize their pharmacy benefits and effectively manage costs associated with the prescription drug portion of their health care benefits plan. How? By hand-crafting custom pharmacy benefit management solutions for self-funded employer groups, Taft-Hartley/Labor Health & Welfare funds, our third party administrators, agents, brokers, and consultant partners, managed care organizations, municipalities and other public sector groups, educational institutions and health care entities. Serve You also provides:
- Efficient prescription drug claims processing.
- Information and education about approved formulary drugs and other medications.
- Access to a national retail pharmacy network comprised of more than 61,500 pharmacies.
- Mail order pharmacy services that provide a convenient and cost-effective way to fill prescriptions taken on a regular basis for chronic or long-term medical conditions.
- Friendly customer service representatives available by phone to answer any and all questions regarding plan benefits and prescription orders placed via phone, mail or online with Serve You's mail order pharmacy, Direct Rx.
- Access to pharmacists regarding questions about medications filled at Serve You's mail order pharmacy, Direct Rx - including after hours emergency consultation when necessary.
